Customize Your Email Inbox Settings for Better Organization

In this video, we will guide you through the process of customizing your email inbox settings to improve organization. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the settings gear icon in the navigation bar to open the quick settings menu.
  2. In the quick settings sidebar, select the "Unread First" inbox type to organize your emails.
  3. Click on the settings gear icon again to access the quick settings menu.
  4. Select the "Compact Density" option to change the spacing between emails in your inbox.
  5. Click on the settings gear icon once more to close the quick settings menu.
  6. Click on the settings gear icon in the top right corner to open the quick settings menu.
  7. Select the "See All Settings" option at the top of the quick settings sidebar.
  8. In the quick settings sidebar, click on the "Inbox Type" drop-down menu and choose "Unread First".
  9. Select the "Inbox Type" drop-down menu again and choose "Important First" to reorder your inbox.
  10. Click on the settings gear icon in the navigation bar.
  11. Click on the "See All Settings" button in the quick settings pop-up.
  12. Select the "Comfortable" option under the "Density" section in the settings modal.
  13. Close the settings modal by clicking the X in the top right corner.
